We are so excited to welcome you back to the salon! Our team is ready to safely support your self-care needs and offer you the extra pampering we’re all craving. Please read over our safety protocols and commitments below before you join us for services.
Appointment
What to expect the day of
Please arrive 15 min prior to your appointment to allow for screening and sanitation.
We ask that you wait outside until we invite you in for your scheduled time.
Please do not bring another person into the salon who is not receiving a service, including children and pets.
Cancellation fees are being temporarily waived at this time, however no-show fees still apply. You must contact us at 415.500.2243 to cancel your appointment.
Hand sanitizer will be required prior to handling any nail polishes or products.
Guests
Come to your appointment wearing a face mask. It is required that all staff and clients wear masks at all times.
Upon arrival: Your temperature will be taken, you will be asked standard screening questions, and sanitizer will be applied to your hands.
If you or anyone in your home are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, we are required to reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days later.
Please limit your personal belongings to what you can carry (wallet, keys, water bottle).
Staff
Staff will be screened every day before their shift with temperature checks and COVID-19 health questions.
Face shields and masks will be worn by all nail technicians.
Stations will be disinfected in between every guest, and during the service as needed.
We will continue with our strict cleaning and sanitation practices as before. We use brand new, single-use files, buffers, wood sticks, pumice pads, gloves and pedicure liners for all our services, and any metal tools are carefully disinfected with our medical-grade autoclave prior to every use.
We sanitize the entire space by cold fogging with hypochlorous acid, a non-toxic method as effective as bleach to further disinfect surfaces, materials and air.
Salon
Our space layout has been updated to ensure 6-feet apart social distancing. Please maintain this distance at all times.
We are enforcing a limited capacity per city regulations.
All reservations require a credit card on file. You will have the option of contactless checkout on the day of your appointment. Gratuity can be added to this card or paid via Venmo.
Beverages will not be available at this time. Please refrain from bringing outside drinks in other than water.
